What to expect in Move In/Out Cleaning ?

An all-inclusive service is what you can anticipate when you schedule a move-in or move-out clean. This is our most comprehensive bundle, which comes with 4 of the additional 7 services you can add to any level of service. Included among these extras are items inside the oven, refrigerator, cupboards, and all windows. This cleaning is meant to restore the house to its previous condition so that new owners can move in.

Do’s:

Clean the sink, counters, upper and lower cabinet front and hob in the kitchen.
Each room's outside surfaces
The floors are vacuumed and mopped.
Bathroom (shower, handles, tub, drain, completely clean toilet)
Bed frames, nightstands, and bedroom bookshelves)
Every window sill
 
Don’ts:

All Extras are not included and must be purchased separately.
Deep cleanings take more time, which allows for more thorough work on the aforementioned Do's.

Do’s:

Baseboards in addition to everything included in a standard clean
Lighting controls and door knobs
Back splashes, tap fixtures and detailed dusting are polished.
Light room organisation (add on available for detailed organisation)
High detail sections receive one additional hour.
Extra time allow us to work on more details and we always try to do something extra for you.

Cancellation and Refunds 
Confirmation, Cancellation and Refunds 

To secure your appointment, we kindly request a deposit payment. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. However, if you decline our services just before the appointment, a $60 cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining deposit will be refunded. You can make the payment conveniently through our secure online payment portal.

Damage Policy 

We would never intend to harm or destroy anything. To avoid this, we take several safeguards and have many procedural regulations in place. But things can happen while a home is being cleaned normally. You may have already had an incident like this happen to you: a hoover cable catches the corner of a chair, a glass falls out of your hand in the washbasin, etc. We will make every effort to make any broken or damaged items in your home right away. For ANY claims you might have, we do, however, limit our liability to the cost of the cleaning visit.
